TGC is India’s first governance-focused case competition, offering students from leading business and public policy schools the opportunity to present their solutions to the Chief Minister of the host state. Every year, TGC focuses on a case study based on a governance domain in a selected state. 

The TGC 2026 is being organized by Samagra in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra, focusing on the theme of 'Making Maharashtra an Innovation Hub'.

Top 30 teams that enter the Nationals will get the exclusive opportunity to interact with the leaders in India’s governance landscape.

Eligibility Criteria

Competition is open to 1st and 2nd year students pursuing fulltime flagship PGP/MBA/other programs of select institutes

Students can only apply in teams of three

Cross-Year teams are allowed to participate

Cross-Specialization teams are allowed to participate

Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team

Pitch to the Hon’ble Chief Minister and senior IAS officers
