TGC is India’s first governance-focused case competition, offering students from leading business and public policy schools the opportunity to present their solutions to the Chief Minister of the host state. Every year, TGC focuses on a case study based on a governance domain in a selected state.
The TGC 2026 is being organized by Samagra in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra, focusing on the theme of 'Making Maharashtra an Innovation Hub'.

Open to students enrolled in flagship programmes at select institutes
Cross-Specialization teams are allowed to participate
